cx baji Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions cx baji and its users. By accessing the cx baji website (cxbaji.org) or app, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout this document, each carrying the same meaning wherever they appear:

• "cx baji" refers to the company that owns this platform and all its affiliated entities.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who is registered on or using the cx baji platform.
• "Account" refers to a player's personal account on cx baji.
• "Service" refers to all gaming, betting, and financial services provided by cx baji.

Cx baji is committed to processing withdrawals for its players on time. However, certain conditions must be met for security and compliance reasons.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing is typically completed within 3–24 hours; in some cases it may take up to 72 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for gameplay.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Regarding the Welcome Bonus:

• The welcome bonus is available once per person only.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

• Any attempt at match fixing or influencing outcomes through illegal means will result in permanent account suspension.
• Placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• Cx baji reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits at any time.

Sports Betting Specific Rules:

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Cx baji is not liable for bets that fail to register during live betting due to internet connectivity issues.
• The official result issued by the relevant sports governing body will be considered final for outcome determination.

Cx baji is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Registering using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Playing games using hacking tools, software bots, or automation tools.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using cx baji for money laundering or concealing the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing other players or using offensive language.
• Using the platform's name or logo without authorization.
• Participating in collusion betting or match manipulation.

To close your account yourself:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited.

Cx baji strives to provide reliable service at all times. However, cx baji will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Losses in a game resulting from an internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
• Issues caused by disruptions to third-party services.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

In the event of any dispute, cx baji's decision shall be considered final. However, users may appeal through our support channels if they wish.

Cx baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
